Texas Two-Amp Blues
Edge-of-breakup blues from a Fender and a Dumble played together. A gentle 1:2 compressor evens out the pickin
Classic rock crunch from a Marshall JCM800 2203 (gain 6, master 6) into a blend of two 4x12 cabinets: a split mixes a UK Greenback 1960TV IR (M201, 1.5" from the cap) with a Slash-style 421 + 121 Vintage 30 IR, 60/40. A second split sends the amp to two delays, one per side: a quarter note on the left and a dotted eighth on the right at 120 BPM, for a wide stereo lead. A small Dragonfly room glues it together. The amp block's own gate is on, gently.
Scenes: Crunch (rhythm, no delay), Lead (TS808 capture at low drive pushing the amp, both delays, bigger room, +1.5 dB) and Clean-up (amp input down 10 dB, like rolling back the guitar volume, output made up). Footswitches: TS808, left delay, right delay, room.
Try it with a Les Paul on the bridge pickup.
